Welcome to Aquability Inc. To ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our comprehensive terms and conditions below. By participating in our courses, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payments
We offer flexible options to suit your schedule, whether you are looking for a consistent routine or occasional fitness.
- Course Structure: Classes are available as a 6-week course block or as individual drop-in sessions.
- 6-Week Block: To secure your space for the full course, fees must be paid in full prior to the start date.
- Drop-in Sessions: These are subject to availability and must be paid for at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, card or online bank transfer. A booking is only confirmed once payment is verified.Late Payments: Failure to pay by the start of a block may result in your space being offered to someone on our waiting list
2. Cancellations & Absences
Our policies help us manage class sizes and maintain high standards of instruction.
- Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds for individual missed sessions.
- Class Switches: You may request a switch via email, within the same 6 week block if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Switches are subject to availability and limited to two per block.
- Facility Cancellations: If we cancel due to weather or pool quality, we will offer a replacement session. If a replacement is impossible, a full refund for that session will be issued.
- Withdrawals: Refunds for full or partial courses are only issued in exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion.
3. Safety & Medical Requirements
Your health is our priority. Open communication ensures we can provide the best care.

Health Disclosures: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical needs during registration.

Ongoing Updates: You must notify us immediately of any changes to your health during a course block.

Liability: Aquability Inc. is not responsible for incidents arising from non-disclosed medical conditions.
- Fitness to Participate: It is your responsibility to ensure you are well enough for exercise. Do not enter the pool if you have had sickness or diarrhea within the past 48 hours.
4. Venue Rules & Conduct
We ask all attendees to respect our venue and staff to keep the environment safe.
Arrival & Departure: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early and depart within 10 minutes of the session ending to avoid congestion.
Supervision: Only active participants are allowed poolside. All guests must use the observation area, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Private Property: Access is strictly limited to the pool, changing rooms, and car park. The main house and grounds are private.
Parking: Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Please use designated areas and avoid blocking entrances.
Professional Behavior: We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior or property damage. Violations will result in immediate contract termination without refund.
5. Poolside Regulations
Hygiene: Please shower before entering and apply lotions/creams at home so they can absorb before you enter the water.
Food & Smoke: No food, drink, or smoking is permitted in the changing rooms or pool area.
Water Entry: Never enter the water until the instructor gives permission. Jumping requires consent, and diving is strictly prohibited.
Swimwear: Participants must wear recognized swimwear made of Lycra, nylon, or polyester. Please remove loose jewelry and large hair accessories
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Data Usage: In line with the Barbados Data Protection Act, your information is used solely for safety and account management.
- Photography and Videography: Do not take photos or videos without express permission from the instructor and all participants, as outlined in our Photograph and Video Policy
Promotional Media: We may occasionally take photos for publicity; if you prefer not to be included, please indicate this on your registration form.
Media Review: You will be given the opportunity to view all videos and photos, and the chance to withhold permission for their use, before any media is published or used for publicity.
7. Professional Standards
- Certified Instruction: All sessions are led by STA-trained (or equivalent) instructors with current lifesaving certificates.
- Substitutions: We reserve the right to provide a qualified substitute instructor if necessary.
Disclaimer
At Aquability Inc., your safety is our highest priority, and we take the utmost care to provide a secure and professional environment for every session. While we maintain rigorous safety standards, every attendee, including participants, spectators, and accompanying adults, has a personal duty of care, as all bodies of water carry inherent risks such as drowning. Consequently, extreme caution must be exercised at all times within the pool area and the surrounding premises. Please be aware that neither Aquability Inc., nor its employees or instructors, shall be held responsible for any injury, loss, or death suffered while attending or observing our sessions, and participation is strictly at the individual’s own risk.
