AQUACISE CLASSES
Aquacise is a dynamic, full body workout set to music for maximum motivation. Our classes combine cardiovascular training, strength, conditioning, and stretching for a complete fitness experience. The heated water supports your body, allowing for low- and zero-impact movements that reduce the risk of injury. This buoyant environment is also ideal for injury recovery, as the warmth increases circulation while the water’s support allows you to rebuild strength and mobility without straining sensitive joints.

LUNCHTIMES: WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS – 12:30PM TO 1:30PM
EVENINGS: TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS – 6:00PM TO 7:00PM
