Our passion for aquatic education began when we took our own children to baby swimming lessons. We saw for ourselves how the right instruction can draw on a baby’s natural ability, building confidence, safety, and lifelong skill in the water. From that moment, we knew we wanted to bring that same high standard of teaching to other families.
Like every parent, we wanted the very best for our children, and we will never forget the magic of watching their natural instinct in the water, when guided by the hands of their parent or caregiver, grow into pure confidence and joy. It wasn’t just about learning to swim; it was about seeing them discover what they were capable of, the connections we built, and the pride of guiding them through their first splashes, submersions, and floats.
We founded Aquability to bring that same standard of excellence, care, and connection to every family we serve. Our team grew and we developed learn to swim programmes for infants, toddlers, children, and adults. Today, our mission extends beyond the pool. From supporting families here in Barbados to training and mentoring swim professionals, we are committed to raising the standard of aquatic education across the Caribbean.
